From the countries of Central and South America the cities are moving. People traveling; work, school and running errands. This high demand of hungry people on the move is met with centuries old call to action, the food stall. These food stalls and venders answer the question “Where can I get nourishment fast?” These men and women are the culinary backbone to feeding the populous fast and affordably.
It’s from these Urban areas we pull our inspiration for Urban Taqueria Co or UrbanTaqo™ for short. We are a Latin Street Food Caterer bringing the vibrant flavors of Latin America to your door. From the Caribbean islands of Cuba & Puerto Rico, across to Mexico and down to the plains and mountains of Argentina our food is cooked from the heart. We would like to share that heart with you. Our food is complex yet simple in presentation. We highlight the attributes of each ingredient with our jeopardizing integrity. We have served thousands of happy costumers and invite you to join the UrbanTaqo family.
