Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, everything we have on the truck is gluten free. Except Quesadillas*

How long Before The Event Do You Show Up?

We usually arrive 1.5-2 hours before your event to prep everything fresh at your party.

How Many Tacos Per Person?

The Tacos for each party are unlimited, but let's not get crazy. We bring enought for 2nds, 3rd's and 4th's and we leave all the left overs with you.

Do you use nut or seed oils?

We only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Canola Oil. No Other Oils are on or near the truck.

Is There Anyting Pre-Made

No, We make every item from scratch 2-3 hours before your party and all of our proteins are cooked at your event fresh.

What Do I Need To Provide?

Nothing, Just a flat surface to park our truck, We Bring EVERYTHING. Including Cups, Forks, Plates and Napkins.

How Far Do You Travel

We stay mostly in Connecticut but on occasion go to Westchester New York and Western Rhode Island.

Do You Have Music

We have music and will play any genre you would like.
